About this challenge

Rather than counting portions, this challenge uses one simple rule: something green or colourful on the plate at every meal, breakfast included. It crowds out less useful food without banning anything, adds fibre and volume that keep you full, and is easy to keep going after the two weeks are up. The aim is a durable default, not a fortnight of salad you never repeat.

How to join

Joining takes under two minutes: create a free TempoLife account, open Challenges in the app, and tap join. From then on your progress is tracked automatically — no manual logging of every step or hour — and you take your place on the public leaderboard, which is where the motivation really kicks in.

Tips to actually finish it

#Make it easier
Tip 1Frozen vegetables count and cut the effort — keep a bag ready.
Tip 2Add veg to meals you already make rather than inventing new ones.
Tip 3Breakfast counts too: tomatoes, spinach or leftover veg in eggs.
